This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into their objectives, challenges, and operational processes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and convert business needs into precise functional requirements and user stories.
• Develop future-state business processes and suggest best practices utilizing Veeva CRM.
• Work alongside Solution Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to provide scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Generate business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and various project documentation.
• Assist in solution design across Veeva CRM functionalities such as Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsights, Sampling, Medical CRM, and Align.
• Evaluate business data, KPIs, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities for process enhancement.
• Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes crafting test scripts, coordinating testing efforts, managing defects, and securing business approval.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to oversee scope, prioritize requirements, address issues, and facilitate project delivery.
• Support data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live assistance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying ways to enhance business processes and maximize the value derived from the Veeva platform.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementations.
• More than 5 years of practical experience using Veeva CRM within the Life Sciences sector.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations.
• Familiarity with one or more Veeva CRM modules, such as Core CRM, CLM, Approved Email, MyInsights, Engage, Events Management, Align, and Medical CRM.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while thriving in a fast-paced consulting environment.
