This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Analyze sales data and evaluate product performance to assist the Dairy, Beef InFocus, Beef-on-Beef, and GeneAdvance product lines.
• Recognize trends, risks, and growth prospects across the product portfolios, delivering clear and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that encompass pricing, product categorization, and comparisons between contracted and non-contracted sales.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of global GeneAdvance account data, which includes product specifications and volume forecasting.
• Monitor product performance discrepancies, including volume loss and genetic quality opportunities.
• Contribute to competitor analysis to ensure that commercial teams are equipped to distinguish Genus offerings effectively.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reporting packages, and strategic materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support various product line management tasks and cross-functional initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
• Investigate and implement AI and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or market research.
• A background in agriculture, animal science, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities, with the confidence to inform and influence.
• Highly collaborative, with experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
