Intermediate Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product stakeholders to gather, define, and document feature specifications.

• Write and analyze user stories, ensuring they are technically clear and aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to assist the development process.

• Support stakeholders in prioritizing tasks and implementing requested modifications.

• Illustrate workflows using flowcharts, UML, or BPMN methodologies.

• Create wireframes and work in tandem with UI/UX teams to ensure design alignment with technical specifications.

• Demonstrate implemented solutions to clients and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated ability to document system requirements, organize data, and clarify complex concepts.

• Technical proficiency and understanding of data structures, scripting, infrastructure, and API communication.

• Familiarity with BA methodologies and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence).

• Competence in G Suite and flowcharting tools such as LucidChart.

• Experience in creating wireframes and working with UI/UX teams.

• Background in bug tracking, modeling, and collaborative tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Confidence, proactivity, and effective communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
