This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• You will assist clients throughout the entire loan process, from application to settlement.
• You will accurately and efficiently process loan applications, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Your responsibilities will also include evaluating creditworthiness, examining financial documents, and determining the suitability of loans as risks.
• Effectively oversee the complete lifecycle of finance applications from initial submission to final settlement.
• Review and compile both Residential and Commercial Loans.
• Perform all administrative duties, data entry, and documentation management with precision, ensuring compliance and efficiency across loan facilities.
• Organize and manage multiple loan pipelines simultaneously in a systematic and structured way.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to sustain momentum, meet strict deadlines, and provide top-notch support.
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness with a high level of analytical accuracy.
• Utilize a strong understanding of Australian banks' lending policies and frameworks to assist with deal structuring within Lender Policy.
• Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of internal and external compliance standards, ensuring all applications meet stringent regulatory industry standards.
• Act as a strong, effective communicator by managing professional interactions with mortgage brokers, clients, and lenders.
• Follow up directly with clients to gather necessary documentation and advance applications while providing consistent, proactive updates on application status and addressing all queries in an organized manner.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience: Proven experience in broking support or credit analysis, with a track record of managing loan applications from lodgment to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Australian client experience: Experience as a loan processor or credit analyst servicing Australian clients.
• Strong communication skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Quick adaptability to CRM systems: Tech-savvy, capable of swiftly learning digital tools to manage workflows and streamline loan processing (Experience with Infynity and Apply Online is preferred but not mandatory).
• High attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy, particularly in data entry.
• Strong Internet Connection: Reliable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps.
