This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Act as a strategic consultant and thought leader in utilizing Mimica to help clients achieve their desired business results.
• Provide product support and ensure resolution of issues when clients and users face obstacles.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to collaboratively develop and implement customer account strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding within current accounts.
• Represent the customer’s voice within the organization, advocating for their needs and offering feedback to internal teams such as Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product to shape Mimica’s roadmap and innovation trajectory.
• Create and implement customized customer success plans to guarantee value delivery that aligns with customer strategic goals while proactively addressing any challenges or obstacles to success.
• Engage with customers about their business by identifying problems, issues, or opportunities. Analyze Mimica outputs to deliver actionable insights, draw significant conclusions, recommend transformative actions, and outline concrete next steps to achieve value.
• Conduct training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions to enhance user adoption.
• Established experience in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting, focusing on driving business results and stakeholder alignment.
• Practical experience with process improvement methodologies or tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and in identifying operational inefficiencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities – proficient in working with large datasets in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, lookups, and custom formulas to uncover insights.
• Proven history of building trust-based relationships with both business and technical audiences, adjusting communication style to influence stakeholders at various levels and functions.
• Outstanding communication skills – adept at translating complex information into engaging insights, delivering presentations and training, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to prioritize efficiently in dynamic environments, balancing both strategic and tactical demands.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to action and a commitment to enhancing internal processes and customer outcomes.
• Eagerness to continuously develop skills, improve team processes, and minimize inefficiencies.
• Bonus: Familiarity with process intelligence, task mining, automation, or GenAI implementation.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or Salesforce.
• Proven ability to deliver value quickly and iteratively in high-growth startup settings.
