Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for medium-complexity product features, from identifying problems to delivering final outcomes.

• Convert user and business requirements into effective, scalable UX/UI solutions.

• Develop user flows, mockups, visually appealing UI, and interactive prototypes.

• Plan and execute user research and usability testing to ensure design quality and informed decisions.

• Contribute to and enhance shared design systems and UX standards across various products.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to guarantee smooth delivery and high-quality UI implementation.

• Continuously enhance user experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Deep expertise in UX/UI, usability, and human-centered design methodologies.

• Strong visual design capabilities, able to produce clear, consistent, and aesthetically pleasing product UI.

• Practical understanding of AI technologies, including best practices and design patterns.

• Proficiency in AI-assisted tools aimed at boosting design quality, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Capacity to independently tackle complex product challenges with a solid design rationale.

• Experience working within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, preferably in B2B/SaaS environments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; organized and comfortable managing work from start to finish.

• A proactive work ethic.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or above.
