Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and user requirements.

• Champion user interests throughout the entire product development cycle.

• Continuously enhance user experiences based on feedback and analytical metrics.

• Convert regulations into user-friendly experiences and iterate improvements based on user insights.

• Work on complex forms and data visualizations, designing for a variety of user needs while adhering to accessibility standards and security protocols.

• Adopt an AI-first approach by integrating artificial intelligence into workflows, ideation, and deliverables.

• Develop top-notch design solutions and exceptional user experiences.

• Create user flow maps, define information architecture, and design wireframes and interfaces.

• Ensure that designs align with project requirements and standards, maintaining consistency across the product.

• Participate in research to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for further enhancements.

• Review and refine existing products through continuous optimization using analytical tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing commercial projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of optimal design processes and their customization to meet user and client needs.

• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design methodologies.

• Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or comparable platforms.

• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• An AI-first mindset coupled with a design-centric approach.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to address problems and devise solutions independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in UX audits is advantageous.

• Experience with projects in the MENA region is highly desirable.
