Senior UX Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and continuously refine the user experience of digital products and solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.

• Plan and execute user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Collect and analyze business requirements from a user experience viewpoint, suggesting user-focused solutions.

• Create personas, empathy maps, user journeys, navigation flows, and information architecture.

• Develop low, mid, and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

• Design interfaces that adhere to User-Centered Design, Design Thinking principles, and UX best practices.

• Conduct usability tests, interviews, validations, and heuristic evaluations; analyze findings and propose enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Assist in defining functional and non-functional requirements related to user experience.

• Ensure visual and interaction consistency through Design Systems and component libraries.

• Prepare functional specifications and UX documentation for development teams.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to refinement, planning, validation, and tracking of deliverables.

• Support the implementation of interfaces, ensuring fidelity between proposed designs and developed solutions.

• Monitor user experience, satisfaction, and usability metrics, recommending continuous improvements.

• Ensure adherence to digital accessibility best practices (WCAG) and usability standards.

• Contribute to the evolution of UX processes, fostering standardization, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

• Stay informed about trends, methodologies, tools, and best practices in UX and digital product design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Psychology, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.

• Experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related disciplines.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and User-Centered Design methodologies.

• Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Knowledge of information architecture, navigation flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Understanding of Design Systems and component libraries.

• Awareness of digital accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards.

• Capability to produce functional documentation and interface specifications.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe).

• Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Certifications in UX Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or Product Design (preferred).

• Experience with enterprise Design Systems and component governance (preferred).

• Knowledge of UX Research, Service Design, and Customer Experience (CX) (preferred).

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics tools (preferred).

• Experience in digital transformation projects and the development of digital products (preferred).

• Familiarity with user experience metrics such as NPS, SUS, CSAT, and CES (preferred).

• Experience in facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, Lean Inception, and Design Sprints (preferred).

• Background in large corporate environments and multidisciplinary teams (preferred).

• Knowledge of accessibility considerations in developing solutions for diverse user profiles (preferred).
