This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the complete acquisition process for R&D webfunnel initiatives.
• Initiate, enhance, and expand paid advertising campaigns with a primary emphasis on META as the central acquisition avenue.
• Develop and refine a systematic testing mechanism across META campaigns, including creatives, target audiences, bids, placements, landing pages, and stages of the funnel.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to enhance messaging, hooks, and testing priorities for user acquisition.
• Evaluate performance metrics, pinpoint bottlenecks, and make decisive keep/iterate/scale recommendations.
• Oversee budgets and traffic allocation for tests and scaling campaigns.
• Transform data insights into actionable strategies that boost acquisition effectiveness and funnel performance.
• Conduct research on competitors, trends, and market dynamics to generate innovative testing ideas.
• Assist in validating promising new funnel strategies and growth potentials through rapid execution and structured testing.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise with META Ads, encompassing campaign setup, daily optimizations, testing, scaling, and performance assessments.
• Familiarity with web funnels, subscription services, or other direct-response acquisition frameworks.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and funnel metrics, including CPA, CPP, ROAS, LTV, payback, CVR, and CTR.
• Ability to create and manage a structured testing process across creatives, target audiences, bids, placements, landing pages, and funnel stages.
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with creative teams to enhance ad performance, messaging, and testing focus.
• Structured, proactive, and ownership-oriented work ethic.
• Capability to swiftly adapt in a dynamic R&D environment characterized by continuous testing and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience with additional paid acquisition channels beyond META, such as Google, TikTok, etc.
• Background in landing page/funnel optimization, not solely media buying.
• Experience launching campaigns for new products, regions, or target audiences from the ground up.
• Practical application of AI tools for analysis, reporting, research, or workflow automation.
• Experience in Dating, Social Discovery, LGBTQ+, or other emotionally-driven consumer markets.
• Participation in the development of Ukrainian products that compete with top global market players.
