Senior UI/UX Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Translate user requirements, business objectives, and product specifications into clear and user-friendly design solutions.

• Design comprehensive user experiences for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Participate in and contribute to user research, persona development, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

• Build, maintain, and enhance design systems, design tokens, and reusable component libraries.

• Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across various product experiences.

• Design intricate enterprise and data-rich products that offer clear and efficient user experiences.

• Create compelling data visualizations that simplify complex information.

• Implement accessibility principles throughout the design process.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to guarantee that the final implementation aligns with the intended design.

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to identify problems, explore solutions, and prioritize design enhancements.

• Utilize prototypes to validate concepts, test workflows, and uncover usability challenges prior to development.

• Contribute to the enhancement of design processes, patterns, and documentation across the product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, supported by a robust portfolio of launched digital products.

• Portfolio showcasing both strong design thinking and high-quality visual/UI execution.

• Expert proficiency in Figma.

• In-depth understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.

• Practical experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and executing usability testing.

• Significant experience in building and maintaining design systems, design tokens, and component libraries.

• Experience designing responsive solutions for web and mobile platforms.

• Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Experience in designing complex enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive products.

• Strong grasp of information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns.

• Experience with data visualization, presenting complex data in a clear and user-friendly manner.

• Strong prototyping abilities, with the capacity to create prototypes for user testing and design validation.

• Capability to work effectively with engineers and comprehend technical limitations during the design process.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Ability to harmonize user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency across interfaces and components.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in an agile product development environment is advantageous.
