Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess user or business requirements in collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams.

• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Develop and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness challenges.

• Design user interface elements such as input controls, navigation components, menus, tabs, and widgets.

• Modify layouts based on user input.

• Follow standards for fonts, colors, and images.

• Work with frontend teams on website interactions and micro-interactions.

• Convert requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and user interfaces.

• Utilize customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability research to enhance the user experience.

• Review website and application products to confirm that user flows and UI elements are accurately implemented both before and after launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar position.

• A portfolio showcasing design projects.

• Proficient in Figma is essential.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.
