Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop web applications and product experiences from the initial problem definition to final delivery.

• Operate within a pre-defined design system utilizing components, variants, tokens, and reusable patterns.

• Produce high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.

• Engage in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers within an agile framework.

• Take into account edge cases such as empty states, loading indicators, errors, permissions, and other atypical scenarios.

• Integrate feedback and rapidly iterate based on critiques and user requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Product Design / UX/UI.

• Demonstrated success in designing web applications that have been released to production.

• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping capabilities.

• Experience with established Design Systems involving components, variants, and design tokens.

• Solid foundation in visual and interaction design principles.

• Experience collaborating effectively with Product Managers and Engineers.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with survey, research, or analytics tools.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.

• Experience designing for various user roles and permission levels.

• Knowledge in data visualization techniques.

• Experience with motion and micro-interactions.
