Senior UI/UX Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct user research and analysis

• Identify needs and opportunities for improvement

• Transform insights into intuitive and efficient digital solutions

• Create and enhance flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces

• Ensure visual consistency and a positive user experience

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams

• Participate in usability testing and validations

• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in UI/UX Design, working on digital projects and web/mobile products

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and similar applications

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and the creation of wireframes, flows, and prototypes

• Knowledge of Design Systems, information architecture, and principles of usability and accessibility

• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Technology, and Business teams, translating needs into user-centered solutions

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Sense of urgency and prioritization
