Senior UiPath Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions across web applications, APIs, databases, ERPs, and bespoke tools/platforms.

• Play a key role in the creation, implementation, and upkeep of an enterprise-level RPA adoption program.

• Design automation workflows and solutions utilizing UiPath technologies to fulfill business needs.

• Analyze, document, and enhance business processes for automation, pinpointing areas for efficiency gains.

• Offer technical expertise in UiPath, which includes the development of custom activities and components as required.

• Execute comprehensive testing of created automation workflows to guarantee precision and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

• Generate detailed documentation for automation workflows, guidelines, and best practices.

• Provide continual support for implemented automation solutions, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.

• Mentor and train junior developers and team members to improve their skills and expertise in UiPath.

• Accountable for defining the scope of assigned projects by evaluating requirements from both business and technical/network perspectives.

• Responsibilities will encompass integration planning, analysis across various technical platforms, including global system design and detailed program design for complex processes or interfaces, and reviewing database structures for new data and suggesting modifications to existing structures.

• Offer technical guidance on design considerations for RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and system integrations, to satisfy enterprise requirements for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using RPA and advanced workflow automation platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience as a UiPath Developer, demonstrating a successful track record of implementing automation solutions.

• UiPath certifications are strongly preferred.

• Proficient in RPA technologies, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.

• Strong programming capabilities in .NET, C#, or VB.NET.

• Familiarity with database management, SQL, Snowflake, and data integration.
