Senior Treasury Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with banking partners across various jurisdictions.

• Assist in the onboarding of banks, opening accounts, maintaining accounts, and handling related documentation.

• Coordinate KYC procedures and other compliance requirements with financial institutions.

• Manage banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security measures.

• Track daily cash positions throughout the organization.

• Aid in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

• Facilitate the efficient distribution of funds across different entities and markets.

• Collaborate with internal teams on cash planning and payment-related tasks.

• Support short-term liquidity investments in accordance with treasury policies.

• Assist in monitoring investment activities, performance metrics, and reporting.

• Aid in foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency exposures.

• Generate treasury reports for management and key stakeholders, encompassing cash positions, liquidity status, and forecasting data.

• Assist in managing and enhancing the Treasury Management System.

• Ensure bank connectivity, user management, and data integrity are upheld.

• Support internal and external audit inquiries related to treasury operations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes, reinforce controls, and promote automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury or a closely related finance role.

• Direct experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.

• Proven experience in managing KYC, bank documentation, and supporting bank relationships.

• Knowledge of payment flows, approval processes, ERP-driven finance operations, and treasury controls.

• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with financial data and reporting.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Experience in an international or multi-entity business environment.

• Familiarity with foreign exchange, short-term investments, or Treasury Management Systems.

• Knowledge of international banks and operations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian is an advantage.
