This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Reporting directly to the Treasurer and collaborating closely with the Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst will assist Edged's treasury operations, emphasizing debt administration, cash flow forecasting, and daily coordination with lenders and external capital partners.
• Aid the Treasurer and Treasury Manager in overseeing the debt portfolio, contributing to the preparation of quarterly loan compliance reports (including tracking financial covenants) and investor communications.
• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring across the EDC platform, raising funding requirements to the Treasurer as necessary.
• Assist in developing and sustaining cash flow forecasts and budgets, under the supervision of the Treasurer and Treasury Manager.
• Provide analytical assistance to the Treasury Manager and Corporate Development team during debt financing discussions, helping to identify operational considerations for future financings.
• Support the preparation and execution of monthly debt draws and equity capital calls.
• Facilitate ongoing communication and documentation with lenders and banking partners, under the direction of the Treasurer.
• Maintain accurate and organized treasury files, trackers, and reporting templates to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in capital markets, treasury management, or asset management within a real estate or digital infrastructure investment firm or an investment/corporate bank specializing in the commercial real estate sector.
• Fundamental understanding of corporate finance principles; a keen interest in expanding knowledge of debt capital markets.
• Strong work ethic, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning. An analytical and structured thinker with the capacity to multitask and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient Excel skills and demonstrated experience in financial modeling. Strong comprehension of valuation and financial metrics.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital infrastructure, real estate, or project finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Progress toward CTP and/or CFA designation.
