Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist clients, including presidents, CEOs, and directors, through phone, email, and chat communications.

• Deliver outstanding service for air travel inquiries, encompassing name corrections/changes, pet transportation, passenger splitting, adding minors, special services, overbooking, cancellations/rebooking, bereavement-related requests, and flight advances.

• Address hotel requests, which include modifying and adding guests, coordinating extra services, and processing bookings.

• Oversee product queues and allocate cards in the absence of the team leader or as directed by the leader.

• Process bookings and ensure dedicated follow-up for clients.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, travel insurance, and vaccinations necessary for international travel.

• Offer consulting services on tourist attractions, pricing, and availability for chosen travel dates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with airline portals such as E-LATAM, E-GOL, Azul, Passaredo, and the Wooba portal.

• Completed or ongoing higher education.

• Advanced English and/or Spanish language skills.

• Background in travel agencies; experience in a multi-brand agency is preferred.

• Proven experience in planning customized domestic and international travel.

• Understanding of tour operator portals and flight consolidator platforms.

• Knowledge of Amadeus system.

• Strong sales, negotiation, customer engagement, and objection-handling abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
