This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.
• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently offer guidance.
• Address inquiries related to regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
• Share industry insights such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.
• Evaluate operational processes and business relationships, recommending enhancements.
• Keep up-to-date, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported.
• Engage with and respond to inquiries from both existing and potential clients.
• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.
• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Proficient in GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
• Must reside in the United States or Canada.
