Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming travel requests through various channels, such as phone and email, for Netflix Entertainment.

• Offer innovative solutions to meet the requirements of publicists.

• Be mindful of budgets and present the most effective solutions available.

• Comprehend the needs of publicists and travelers, skillfully guiding them toward optimal solutions.

• Manage amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes, including recalculating domestic and international airfares.

• Coordinate accommodations, meet and greets, chauffeured vehicles, lounges, and other VIP services.

• Provide exceptional customer service consistently, demonstrating enthusiasm for client interactions.

• Update travel manifests and travel logs regularly.

• Ensure precision in itineraries, as well as in back-office invoicing and billing.

• Stay informed about the evolving travel landscape due to the pandemic.

• Offer guidance on visa requirements and country entry restrictions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to ensure a successful global follow-the-sun operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in entertainment travel or VIP travel is crucial.

• Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS along with solid fares and ticketing knowledge.

• Good understanding of global geography and a keen attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including the possibility of occasional bank holiday shifts.

• Capacity to work independently with sound discretion and judgment.

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Adaptable to various aspects of client culture.

• Experience collaborating with international teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Experience managing both small and large groups is advantageous.
