Senior Training Developer – SAP S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop training materials for end-users based on process documentation, test scripts, functional specifications, and technical specifications.

• Utilize AI tools to create comprehensive classroom guides and job aids, enhancing the drafting process.

• Design exercises, practice datasets, and assessment questions.

• Collaborate with global subject matter experts from India, Singapore, the UK, and the US.

• Assist in the training and development of site functional leads and super users.

• Work alongside production owners, technical consultants, and fellow training developers.

• Ensure that content remains up-to-date as the solution evolves.

• Deliver a comprehensive OBC training package on time.

• Equip super users and site leads to conduct training with minimal revisions needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing end-user training for SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with sales, service management, shipping, billing, warranty, or contract processes.

• Proficient in authoring with SAP Enable Now or Datango.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to create training guides and job aids.

• Capability to design exercises, datasets, and assessments.

• Comfortable collaborating with global subject matter experts.

• Availability for early hours in the Eastern time zone.

• Experience in serialized or repair/MRO processes (preferred).

• Familiarity with in-app guidance tools (preferred).

• Background in enabling super users or site functional leads (preferred).

• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors (preferred).
