Senior Genesys Routing Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform.

• Write and assess secure, high-quality production code.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Engage in planning, implementation, testing, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and identify opportunities for innovation.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and colleagues.

• Provide consistent project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Install, configure, and develop solutions within the Genesys framework.

• Analyze Genesys logs to troubleshoot and rectify technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of development experience with the Genesys Suite, with a focus on the Genesys Framework.

• More than 4 years of experience in Amazon Connect.

• Expertise in designing and developing routing applications for voice and multi-channel platforms utilizing Composer/IRD and SCXML.

• VXML experience is an asset.

• Proficient in CCpulse, GAX, and GA.

• Knowledge of databases, particularly SQL and Cassandra, is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.

• Practical routing development experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR, Multi-channel).

• Experience with configuration management tools.

• Skills in developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions with Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS.

• Understanding of troubleshooting and supporting Genesys/Cisco frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.

• Capability to architect routing designs and offer development support to customers.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production environments is an advantage.

• Availability for on-call support is a plus.

• Knowledge of Splunk is an additional advantage.
