Senior Training Developer – SAP S/4HANA, Materials Management, Inventory, EWM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop training materials for end-users focusing on purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment, cycle counts, and scrap management.

• Address inventory management and extended warehouse management processes.

• Transform project documents, test scripts, and specifications into comprehensive guides and job aids.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency of content creation and refinement.

• Design exercises, practice datasets, and assessment questions.

• Collaborate with global subject matter experts from India, Singapore, the UK, and the US.

• Assist super users and site functional leads as they prepare for implementation.

• Ensure the timely delivery of a complete MM/EWM training package.

• Empower warehouse and purchasing teams to operate confidently post go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing end-user training for SAP S/4HANA materials management, inventory, or warehouse processes.

• Familiarity with purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment, or cycle count procedures.

• Practical experience in authoring content using SAP Enable Now or Datango.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for creating training guides and job aids.

• Capability to design exercises, data sets, and assessments.

• Willingness to work during early Eastern time hours alongside global teams.

• Experience with SAP EWM is a plus.

• Exposure to quality or lab inspection processes is a plus.

• Background in refurbishment, repair, or MRO is a plus.

• Experience with super user enablement is a plus.

• Technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, IM, EWM, QM), SAP Enable Now or Datango, AI content tools, and integrated manufacturing and document systems.
