This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate essential access, service, and trade performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop analytical reports and present findings to senior management to support strategic initiatives.
• Assess operational trends and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency and patient experience among distribution partners.
• Facilitate resolutions to distribution partner challenges to minimize time to treatment.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and specialty pharmacies.
• Conduct variance analyses and explore shifts in trade performance, customer purchasing behavior, and distribution trends.
• Collaborate with the Trade Operations Manager on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports concerning inventory, sales, trade expenditure, and customer performance.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and operational updates for internal stakeholders and distribution partners.
• Identify ways to enhance trade operations processes, reporting, and data quality through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, analytics, specialty pharmacy, account management, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of trade distribution, specialty pharmacy operations, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution channels, including wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate with external partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Capability to effectively convey complex data and recommendations.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple priorities, analyzing complex data, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
