Senior Tools Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Take charge of internal automation for the TargetProcess project management system, including custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations.

• Create and deploy Slack and Telegram bots for task creation, notifications, and routine requests.

• Streamline recurring operational processes such as on-call announcements, absence notifications, and reminders.

• Develop AI-powered assistants and agents to provide employee responses and manage routine tasks.

• Create lightweight internal mini-projects that support company events and foster culture.

• Thoroughly document each solution, detailing functionality, operation, and guidance for extensions.

• Leverage AI in daily tasks and identify opportunities to enhance internal productivity through AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on automation, bot development, and process automation.

• Fullstack expertise with a strong emphasis on backend development.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.

• Experience with serverless platforms like Cloudflare Workers or Vercel.

• Knowledge of MongoDB, ClickHouse, and/or PostgreSQL; comfortable with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Practical experience in building Slack and/or Telegram bots.

• Hands-on experience with process automation and integrating third-party APIs.

• Working knowledge of OpenAI/LLM APIs.

• Proficient in English for effective daily written and verbal communication.

• Availability and responsiveness during the hours of 12:00–18:00 CET.

• Capability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of outcomes without close supervision.
