This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Organize and manage projects effectively.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the capability to handle 2-3 projects concurrently, following the TMO standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for designing and implementing productivity initiatives.
• Clearly define a project handoff before initiating the project.
• Clearly articulate and align roles and responsibilities at the beginning of the project.
• Guide a team in creating precise problem statements and refine them with project sponsors during 2-3 gate reviews.
• Develop various artifacts including: 1) project charters, 2) project work plans, 3) scoping documents, 4) scorecards, 5) action item lists while holding team members accountable, 6) project prenups (planning the project exit before commencing the project).
• Construct a business case for projects and communicate assumptions to senior leadership.
• Generate hypotheses for prospective projects, quickly validate them, and expand successful initiatives.
• Set targets and transparently share variance reports (actuals vs. targets) for FP&A to include in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Align targets with P&L leaders before finalizing the AOP.
• Establish governance and prepare executive report outs.
• Facilitate the TMO gate review process.
• Prepare gating artifacts and templates for the project team.
• Equip the project team to present effectively at gate reviews.
• Collaborate with HUB and FP&A to monitor project outcomes.
• Develop a change management framework and lead it through the change management process.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Background in process improvement and productivity enhancement is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to decompose complex problems into manageable small projects.
• Skill in scoping projects into small, achievable segments.
• Ability to generate and rapidly test hypotheses, adapting plans if hypotheses are disproven.
• Proficiency in prioritizing essential aspects of a project while avoiding overwhelming complexity.
• Mental agility to flexibly adapt and change direction as situations evolve.
• Strong time management and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to organize meetings and manage the project team’s time efficiently.
• Prepare meeting agendas in advance.
• Develop pre-meeting work and ensure team members are ready for discussions.
• Create a meeting strategy that encourages team participation over project manager dominance.
• Implement a process in each meeting that updates the action item list with specific actions, designated owners (not the team), and deadlines.
