Senior TMO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and specify process, business, and functional requirements.

• Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify needs, business rules, and areas for improvement.

• Assess the current state (AS IS) and suggest enhancements for the future state (TO BE).

• Create and maintain documentation including:

• Functional and non-functional requirements.

• Business rules.

• Process flows (BPMN).

• Use cases / user stories.

• Assist the technical team during the development phase by clarifying requirements and addressing queries.

• Engage in business validation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree — completed.

• Proficient in Bizagi Modeler and Miro.

• Experience with digital products, AI (Artificial Intelligence), or process automation (RPA, BPMS).

• Skilled in working with data, indicators, and metrics (NPS, KPIs, etc.).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
