This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver exceptional individual therapy to a varied client demographic utilizing evidence-based techniques customized to client requirements.
• Conduct therapy sessions employing American Sign Language as necessary.
• Carry out intake evaluations and formulate as well as modify personalized treatment strategies.
• Maintain a steady caseload with a strong focus on client retention, scheduling appointments 3–4 weeks in advance.
• Complete session notes, treatment plans, and insurance documentation promptly and in compliance by the end of each day.
• Collaborate with peers, care coordinators, and referring healthcare providers to provide integrated care.
• Offer services through telehealth and/or in-person consultations.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding scheduling, policies, and expectations around treatment.
• Engage in team meetings, clinical training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices, ethical guidelines, and licensure obligations.
• Ensure clinical quality, same-day documentation, client retention, and productivity benchmarks are met.
• Utilize InSync and SonderMind clinical tools to manage caseload and enhance care delivery efficiency.
• Possess an active and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language is mandatory.
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy in an outpatient environment or comparable setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and precise clinical documentation.
• Capability to adhere to SMART note documentation protocols.
• Excellent time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills are essential.
• Dedication to ethical practices, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload while being responsive and reliable to clients.
• Understanding of job-related AI productivity tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other equivalent industry-standard applications.
• Must be a current U.S. resident with authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
• Professional license number and state of licensure are required in the application.
• Guaranteed base salary with a specified minimum of completed encounters per pay period.
• Additional compensation earned per session after reaching the baseline.
