This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote the approved uses of BMS products within a designated territory to achieve or surpass defined sales goals in a compliant manner.

• Generate demand for BMS medications by effectively communicating the clinical and scientific justification for suitable patients.

• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge across assigned products and therapeutic areas.

• Develop and execute thorough territory and account strategies.

• Utilize CE^3 to extract insights and dynamically inform call strategies.

• Deliver in-office presentations and discuss product-related scientific information in alignment with product labeling.

• Organize external speaker events, including selecting speakers, scheduling, and managing logistics.

• Stay updated with emerging data on approved indications.

• Reach out to Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.

• Collaborate with other field teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

• Collect and relay customer insights internally to relevant stakeholders.

• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

• Dedicate 100% of time to fieldwork with external customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree and/or over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector in roles such as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.

• Proficiency in conveying scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.

• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining credibility with key customers, office personnel, and influence networks.

• Required experience in Hematology/Oncology.

• Strong account management capabilities.

• Exceptional sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.

• Strong selling and promotional abilities demonstrated through past performance.

• Customer-centric mindset with the capability of driving business outcomes.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and nurturing customer credibility throughout the patient care continuum.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and account management expertise.

• Understanding of the patient journey, with the ability to tailor engagement and messaging accordingly.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data.

• A strong learning orientation and passion for science.

• Capability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data.

• Ability to segment HCPs and customize communications and product presentations.

• Proficiency in utilizing CE^3 for insights and agile call planning.

• Technological proficiency with digital communication channels, CE^3, CRM tools, and Medical on Call technology.

• Strong business insight with the ability to formulate, execute, and adapt business plans.

• Integrity and sound judgment to perform the role in a compliant manner.

• At least 21 years of age.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

• Acceptable driving risk level as determined by the Company.
