Senior Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Establish test strategies and determine the scope of testing for software releases

• Create and implement functional, integration, and regression tests

• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data

• Manage testing activities in collaboration with development teams

• Examine defects and assist in root cause analysis

• Facilitate UAT activities and validate release processes

• Continuously enhance testing methodologies and quality benchmarks

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software testing

• Extensive experience in testing enterprise applications

• Familiarity with Agile software delivery frameworks

• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills

• Capability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in test analysis and design

• API testing experience using Postman and Kreya

• Knowledge of test management tools such as qTest, Xray, and Jira

• Experience with Selenium or Playwright

• Understanding of test automation principles

• Experience in containerized environments

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools

• Knowledge of CI/CD testing methodologies
