This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the representative for TSI and its range of products to designated small and medium multi-location, high-value retail clients.
β’ Oversee the sales, profitability, expenses, marketing, and merchandising activities for the assigned clientele.
β’ Foster strong relationships with key decision makers within each organization.
β’ Direct the customer account planning process and formulate strategic short- and long-term plans to achieve pre-established sales objectives.
β’ Collaborate with clients and TSI field sales representatives to execute training initiatives for the relevant employees of the customers.
β’ Ensure all customer needs and expectations are satisfactorily met.
β’ Continuously assess customer sales performance and devise strategies to maintain successes and rectify any shortcomings.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is required.
