This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SMB Territory Managers in a dynamic sales environment.
• Drive consistent results in line with weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue objectives.
• Visit Territory Managers at least twice a month to enhance productivity through in-person coaching and collaborative selling.
• Conduct effective one-on-ones, pipeline assessments, forecast discussions, and live call coaching sessions.
• Maintain precise forecasting within a ±15% variance by employing disciplined pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement to pinpoint skill gaps and deliver focused training initiatives.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations to optimize processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Ensure robust Salesforce hygiene and data integrity to maximize conversion rates and overall productivity.
• Foster and maintain a high-performance, accountable team culture.
• Actively participate as a player/coach to support your team and close deals directly.
• Over 4 years of experience in strategic sales management within SMB, high-velocity SaaS, or marketplace settings.
• Proven experience in strategic sales methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in both inside and outside sales roles.
• A successful track record of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas as a manager.
• Previous experience in selling to SMBs, providing insight into the sales cycle, objections, and pace.
• Proven success in enhancing conversion rates, ramp-up times, and representative productivity through both virtual and face-to-face coaching.
• Strong coaching instincts paired with a people-centric leadership approach.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution, allowing you to create the plan and step in to close deals when necessary.
