This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Influence and assist both high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other healthcare professionals, office and hospital administrative staff, as well as durable medical equipment providers to recommend Dexcom products to their patients.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the use of Dexcom products and how to integrate them into their practice.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibitions to showcase Dexcom products to a wide-ranging diabetes community.
• Provide educational resources on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to drive territory sales growth.
• Increase Dexcom’s market share while achieving or surpassing district and territory sales targets and KPIs in accordance with company standards.
• Execute Dexcom strategies and track progress towards achieving sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools.
• Accountable for meeting the assigned sales goals within the territory.
• Fulfill all administrative requirements promptly as directed by management.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales with a proven high sales success record is preferred.
• Experience in non-medical and pharmaceutical sales may also be considered.
• Knowledge of diabetes disease states is advantageous.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening shifts, is required.
