This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of premier Commercial AV partners and distributors, formulating local business strategies and utilizing our partner program to recruit and nurture strategic relationships.
• Identify, onboard, and cultivate channel partners - including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end customers - to stimulate regional AV business growth in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Enhance and optimize distribution channels by integrating Value Added and sub-distributors across key verticals to build the project pipeline.
• Drive wallet share growth across all product categories with existing partners, focusing on wireless access points and managed switches supported by our cloud solution.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain solid customer relationships to achieve or surpass quarterly and annual targets.
• Strategically plan and prioritize sales activities - including face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements - to maximize revenue and fulfill business goals.
• Provide regular product training to partners at all levels to ensure the effective integration of NETGEAR AV switches and access points into their solutions.
• Collaborate with internal NETGEAR teams (Sales, SE, Marketing, Product Management, Tech Support, Ops, and EMEA colleagues) to enhance sales results.
• Supply market intelligence encompassing competitive insights, trends, and channel or technical issues impacting performance.
• Maintain precise weekly reporting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management within your territory.
• Established sales and partner account management experience within the AV industry, with a robust understanding of AV over IP and the significance of switches and access points within this market.
• Over 8 years of experience managing and expanding top-tier accounts, including integrators and consultants, demonstrating C-suite relationships and a history of consistent overachievement.
• Strong existing connections with Value Added Distributors, Systems Integrators, Consultants, and Resellers, along with a proven record of successfully closing high-value AV sales campaigns.
• Capability to draft and implement business plans at both account and regional levels, including annual growth targets, accurate forecasting, and management of short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Commercial AV, rental/live events, and broadcast AV sectors across the Middle East, Gulf, South Africa, North Africa, Israel, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Entrepreneurial and organized, with the ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with the broader team.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• This position requires approximately 70% travel throughout the region.
