This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee a designated territory that caters to the Mid-Market & Enterprise segment, engaging directly with clients having 250 or more users within a specific region, while utilizing channel partners for fulfillment.
• Proactively identify and pursue leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Develop, implement, and sustain the territory account plan, encompassing everything from prospecting to establishing and maintaining a steady revenue pipeline.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales position involving end users or channel partners, along with a proven history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with the sales cycle in the mid-market sector, understanding of buyer personas, decision-making processes, and strategies for effectively navigating them.
• Outstanding skills in opportunity discovery and deal qualification, as well as proficiency in presenting value propositions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• A customer-focused approach with the capability to foster relationships through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong technical knowledge and the capacity to articulate the advantages of various technologies, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity being a plus.
• Experience in selling alongside channel partners and the ability to succeed in a collaborative sales environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the talent to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
