Senior Technology Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain high-caliber ServiceNow applications that fulfill consumer requirements and facilitate mission achievements.

• Spearhead AI/ML initiatives to enhance enterprise platforms, automate workflows, and elevate user experience across DOE systems.

• Coordinate technology solutions among ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI platforms, and emerging technologies.

• Direct intricate, multi-technology projects that encompass ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI implementations, and system integration.

• Serve as a technical liaison connecting business needs with suitable technical resources and subject matter experts.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users to ensure alignment between technological solutions and mission goals.

• Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps that integrate AI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and emerging platform capabilities.

• Provide support for enterprise applications, including AI-driven analytics and automation solutions.

• Ensure the delivery of solutions that further the client’s mission through effective information management.

• Execute artificial intelligence solutions for platform consolidation, predictive analytics, and automated resource management.

• Facilitate efficient management of hundreds of active applications through intelligent automation and streamlined workflows.

• Lead application migration initiatives while ensuring 100% operational continuity.

• Implement security protocols across ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI platforms, and integrated systems.

• Guarantee responsible AI deployment with suitable governance, bias mitigation, and security measures.

• Aid in the implementation of authentication systems and optimization of the Salesforce security framework.

• Ensure compliance with federal standards across all technology platforms and AI implementations.

• Offer guidance in ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI technologies, and project management methodologies.

• Establish centers of excellence for emerging technologies and cross-platform integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a track record of enterprise-scale implementations.

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions, machine learning models, or intelligent automation in enterprise settings.

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and multi-platform integration architectures.

• 5+ years of leading cross-functional technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M.

• Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level stakeholders and technical teams simultaneously.

• Familiarity with federal requirements, cybersecurity frameworks, and government IT governance.

• Advanced Certifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD, Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator, AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience implementing AI solutions in government environments with appropriate governance and ethical considerations.

• Experience supporting environments with over 1,000 users across multiple technology platforms.

• Knowledge of government operations, energy initiatives, or digital transformation within federal agencies.

• Master's degree in Technology Management, Data Science, or an MBA with a technology focus.
