This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create, develop, and execute high-quality solutions, encompassing architectural system design.
• Facilitate discussions with customers to uncover essential business and technical requirements, and formulate implementation strategies based on the identified needs.
• Offer seasoned guidance, feedback, and recommendations to clients based on recognized best practices.
• Assist in the deployment, adoption, and expansion of solutions provided to customers.
• Manage customer engagements as a project lead, overseeing scheduling, coordination, communication, and fostering customer relationships.
• Provide advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and a respected member of the community.
• Aid in the development of proposals and definitions for statements of work.
• Engage with prospective customers during sales calls as a technical consultant, offering guidance on product solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical fields.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or in similar roles.
• Proven experience in delivering solutions that include installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• A successful history of engaging with customers and demonstrating outstanding consulting and influencing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to view situations comprehensively across various domains.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, evaluating, and translating customer requirements into solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in technical skills such as command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical abilities.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.).
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Experience in UAT testing and development of test use-cases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
