Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirement discovery workshops and engage in business process discussions with clients

• Create comprehensive business solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Suggest industry best practices and solutions that align with client needs

• Draft architectural solution documents, process diagrams, and implementation strategies

• Offer both functional and technical support to delivery teams

• Comprehend integration requirements and recommend appropriate architectures

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, automation, APIs, and data migration plans

• Advise on Microsoft ecosystem solutions and their extensions

• Assist in solution evaluations and technical discussions with clients

• Serve as the main solution advisor during client interactions

• Interact with senior stakeholders and business users

• Convert business requirements into actionable system solutions

• Provide strategic insights for digital transformation projects

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15 years of pertinent experience

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Background in solution design and business consulting

• Experience in customer-facing roles

• Knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation principles

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Experience in conducting workshops and demonstrating solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
