This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Take ownership of documentation planning for designated product areas, overseeing priorities, stakeholder reviews, timelines, and readiness for release.
β’ Produce clear, user-friendly documentation that translates intricate product features into accessible guidance for clinical, operational, and administrative users.
β’ Generate release notes, product manuals, and training materials to support product launches and enhance customer adoption.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure documentation is precise, comprehensive, and ready for launch.
β’ Work alongside Customer Success, Technical Support, and Enablement teams to uphold consistent and current product knowledge.
β’ Oversee documentation governance, including content lifecycle management, version control, archiving processes, and uniformity across documentation platforms.
β’ Detect documentation gaps by analyzing customer feedback, product modifications, support trends, and inputs from stakeholders.
β’ Spearhead documentation audits and ongoing improvement initiatives to guarantee content quality, usability, and maintainability.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience in creating technical documentation for SaaS products or complex enterprise software environments.
β’ Strong capability to organize intricate information into intuitive, user-centric documentation.
β’ Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple documentation projects.
β’ Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and content review.
β’ Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle processes.
β’ Proficient in using MadCap Flare or similar documentation management tools.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and lead documentation projects in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.
β’ Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and other stakeholders.
β’ Willingness to align with Eastern Time working hours.
β’ Preferred experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, care management, or regulated industries.
β’ Preferred experience utilizing AI tools for documentation workflows.
β’ Preferred experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption and product guidance platforms.
β’ Successful completion of a background screening is required.
