This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the CDD SDLC Process Playbook, serving as the definitive source of delivery standards.
• Define, document, and manage SDLC workflows, controls, role responsibilities, decision points, and necessary artifacts.
• Create visual standards, including process diagrams, flowcharts, and role-specific views.
• Oversee documentation governance, version control, and approval workflows across SharePoint and Teams.
• Keep standards updated as delivery practices, tools, and organizational requirements evolve.
• Design and implement role-specific training that aligns with SDLC standards, quality expectations, and audit requirements.
• Convert SDLC standards and audit criteria into practical guidance for technical and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present one-point lessons, micro-learning modules, comprehensive SDLC retraining, and artifact-specific deep dives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Quality teams on delivery expectations.
• Integrate audit findings, incident insights, and operational feedback into training and process enhancements.
• Facilitate feedback mechanisms to identify failure points, opportunities for simplification, and strategies for error-proofing.
• Monitor training completion, adoption, and compliance trends.
• Assess training effectiveness using outcome-based indicators such as audit improvements, recurring findings, and artifact quality.
• Update enablement materials as standards, practices, and tools evolve.
• Develop training and standards materials utilizing PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Miro, and similar tools.
• Manage version-controlled document libraries in SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to track training, corrective actions, and compliance metrics.
• Navigate SDLC tools and delivery systems to support audit evidence, traceability, and quality reviews.
• Promote safe, compliant, production-ready utilization of AI-enabled development tools.
• Provide technical training in classroom settings, virtual classrooms, or blended formats, either individually or in groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical training, delivery enablement, SDLC governance, quality/process management, or a closely related field.
• Strong written communication skills and structured documentation capabilities.
• Ability to convert complex technical workflows into clear, teachable guidance.
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts, delivery governance, and quality assurance practices.
• Demonstrated facilitation and coaching skills with both technical and cross-functional audiences.
• High level of organizational discipline, including version control and documentation governance.
• Experience in supporting or working within AI-assisted software delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development.
• Experience with structured delivery models such as Specification-Driven Development, Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in supporting compliance audits or working in regulated delivery environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release processes.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or structured training repositories.
• Relevant certifications like ATD CPTD/APTD, CompTIA CTT+, CPTM, or equivalent Learning & Development certifications.
