This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and lead the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, background checks, and candidate disposition.
• Facilitate structured intake discussions with hiring leaders to establish success profiles and measurable hiring criteria.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and interview plans that align with JD Power’s values and operational methodologies.
• Implement proactive and reactive sourcing strategies to create talent pipelines for priority, high-demand, and future capability requirements.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience that embodies the “One JD Power” standard.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting, ensuring data accuracy, requisition management, and integrity in reporting.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the feasibility of hiring.
• Mentor hiring managers in structured, predictive interviewing methods and conduct debriefing sessions.
• Contribute to the advancement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and operational models through automation, standardization, and ongoing improvement.
• Engage in workforce planning alongside Finance and People & Culture Business Partners.
• Deliver updates on requisitions, pipeline metrics, and time-to-fill statistics to relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting within technology, data, analytics, or professional services sectors.
• Proven track record in recruiting across North America and Europe.
• Successful in sourcing and closing mid-to-senior level talent in competitive markets, including individual contributors, managers, and senior/VP-level positions.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or a similar enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong skills in requisition management and reporting accuracy.
• Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary sourcing tools.
• Excellent business partnership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
• Understanding of competency-based and values-aligned interview design.
• Capability to manage multiple searches concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• A transformational mindset aimed at building, enhancing, and standardizing processes.
• High level of accountability and ownership of outcomes.
