This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Design and implement specialized sourcing strategies to attract exceptional, often hard-to-find, talent for senior-level positions.
• Act as a talent advisor to executives and senior management.
• Proactively create and sustain a highly focused pipeline of passive candidates.
• Perform comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Keep detailed job postings and candidate information organized within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Over 3 years of progressive, full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of the highly competitive Italian/EMEA technical market.
• Proven ownership of key Talent Acquisition programs or significant process enhancements.
• Mastery of advanced sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
• Capacity to challenge concepts and effectively persuade others.
• Excellent collaborator and partner to HR Business Partners, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
