• Prepare for forthcoming commercialization stages by talent mapping and establishing "ready-now" pipelines for future business requirements.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in technical sourcing, with a proven track record of identifying high-quality talent in AI, robotics, or robotics engineering.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or have equivalent practical experience in technical recruiting or research.
• Demonstrated capability to discover niche technical specialists by looking beyond conventional LinkedIn searches and traditional candidate pools, treating sourcing as a high-level discipline that necessitates investigative research.
• High proficiency with advanced sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including GitHub, and specialized technical communities and platforms such as Gem.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to create and maintain structured talent maps, monitor pipeline health, and organize competitive market insights.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities, with a proven history of crafting authentic, relatable outreach that resonates with senior-level passive candidates.
• Strong technical literacy, enabling confident discussions about complex engineering needs and the ability to identify appropriate skill sets within the market.
• Experience in a fast-paced or emerging technology sector, successfully filling high-priority roles that were behind in headcount.
• A data-driven and organized mindset, focused on metrics that enhance top-of-funnel conversion and candidate engagement.
