Senior Technical Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Propel Linode opportunities by managing the technical sales cycle.

• Take responsibility for customer success and account growth in support.

• Work closely with sales teams, product developers, service providers, and partners.

• Drive innovation in solutions and products, identify and advocate for trends, and shape the global product roadmap.

• Develop technical knowledge and thought leadership in Akamai Cloud/Linode to foster Akamai's overall business expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have extensive professional experience in customer-facing technical roles within cloud-related organizations.

• Exhibit a proven track record in designing IaaS solutions for clients.

• Hold relevant professional certifications from AWS/GCP/Azure/Oracle and/or CNCF.

• Showcase hands-on expertise in at least three domains including Kubernetes, cloud networking, databases, storage, AI, IaC/CI/CD tooling, gaming, or media streaming technology stacks.

• Demonstrate experience and practical skills in open-source software such as Apache Web Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, and Terraform.

• Effectively communicate intricate technical information through writing, speaking, and presentations to varied technical and business audiences.
