AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers after closing to gain insights into workflows, operational processes, and deployment needs.

• Convert findings into concise implementation strategies for AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to evaluate data readiness and collect necessary inputs for AI workflows.

• Set up and integrate AI elements into customized, AI-enhanced workflows.

• Work alongside R&D to address data gaps and enhance product functionalities when required.

• Manage the complete solution deployment process and ensure that models align with performance and business value expectations.

• Establish success metrics and promote adoption after the launch.

• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (such as Finance, ERP, email platforms), ensuring they are scalable and secure.

• Assist customers in navigating security, compliance, and IT approval procedures.

• Plan and implement rollout strategies to facilitate smooth implementation and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a comparable customer-facing role post-sale.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Solid understanding of AI principles and their applications within enterprises.

• High proficiency in modern AI tools and workflows.

• Experience in supporting deployments in cloud environments and integrating enterprise systems.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record in managing solution delivery throughout the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.
