Staff Data Integrations Engineer – Connex Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop ADRs, RFCs, and additional documentation to ensure that technical decisions are thoroughly considered, clearly articulated, and recorded, providing context and trust in our initiatives.

• Deliver software designs and features that facilitate a highly scalable and dynamically configurable integration solution.

• Drive enhancements in system performance and manage operational costs.

• Offer advanced technical support.

• Implement software automation processes for health monitoring and initiate timely resolutions.

• Operate within an agile framework, defining work to create tight feedback loops to assess what is effective and what requires adjustment.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Managers to devise plans for iterative enhancements.

• Enhance long-term productivity and reduce risk by utilizing and promoting TDD, CI, and other DevOps best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing a complex data integration platform that enables business users to implement new data integrations swiftly and efficiently.

• More than 2 years of experience in developing data solutions using Snowflake.

• Proven experience in leading performance diagnostics and improvements in database systems, API architecture, and auto-scaling environments.

• Skilled in building highly automated systems and QA/deployment processes to ensure high system stability and minimize preventable human errors.

• Experience in creating configuration-driven software and effective metadata management strategies.

• Proficient in developing public-facing APIs and managing associated security and scaling implementations.
