Senior Technical Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the technical delivery and implementation of enterprise IT solutions that encompass hardware, software, and platform services.

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical requirements align and to support solution design and integration tasks.

• Ensure that the capabilities delivered meet expectations for performance, reliability, and security.

• Contribute to technical planning, validate requirements, and assist with platform enhancements and deployments.

• Monitor technical dependencies, identify risks and environmental limitations, and aid in resolving technical issues that affect delivery.

• Discover opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance automation, and boost operational efficiency.

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are in alignment with enterprise architecture and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting the delivery of complex IT solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Capability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to achieve technical results.

• Strong comprehension of system integration, platform capabilities, and service delivery within enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Previous experience in supporting federal government IT programs (optional or preferred).

• Knowledge of enterprise monitoring or observability platforms and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (optional or preferred).
