This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop engaging, innovative, and essential insights content that provokes thought.
• Generate thought leadership, fresh insights, and practical strategies to meet client requirements.
• Assess client challenges and needs to uncover root issues and propel strategy forward.
• Define insights roles within a team of analysts.
• Offer independent insights to Gartner leadership and shape research agendas.
• Conduct research, analysis, and forecasting of market trends and changes.
• Consult with clients and prospects through both virtual and in-person interactions.
• Prepare and present at Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
• Support sales efforts and assist Insights teams in creating content and engaging clients.
• Execute timely and high-quality peer reviews of content.
• Establish credibility as an industry authority, representing Gartner's insights, methodology, and strategy.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Insights community.
• Enhance research processes and devise new methods for service delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Foster regular client interactions with Gartner insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in the field or industry.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise leadership capability strategies.
• Experience in redesigning leadership frameworks for AI, digital transformation, and organizational change.
• Executive presence with the ability to build credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Competence in analyzing and synthesizing data.
• Skilled in applying frameworks and defending conclusions related to client challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas succinctly.
• Subject matter expertise and comfort presenting at both large and small speaking engagements.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global and competitive landscape in the relevant subject area.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multicultural global teams.
• Learning agility and adeptness in navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Capability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as necessary.
