SAP Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Configure, implement, support, and maintain applications and technical integrations, particularly SAP ECC 6.0 and Business Warehouse.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex issues related to the SAP ERP application.

• Provide support to end-users for SAP ERP.

• Monitor SAP ERP applications for problems associated with maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.

• Assist in designing, reengineering, and documenting business operational processes for new technology.

• Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues working with SAP ERP.

• Lead small-scale projects with manageable risks and resource demands.

• Address complex issues and develop solutions by analyzing various information sources.

• Collaborate with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors.

• Engage with customers to facilitate solution development.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically ECC 6.0 and Business Warehouse.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex SAP application issues.

• Capability to provide support to end users.

• Familiarity with application maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.

• Understanding of business operational process design, reengineering, and documentation.

• Proficient in solving complex problems and analyzing multiple information sources.

• Ability to clearly convey difficult or sensitive information and foster consensus.

• Skill in interacting effectively with customers to drive solutions.

• Frequent use of keyboard and data entry.

• No professional license or certification is required.
