Digital Capabilities System Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday solutions and digital capabilities to support workforce operations and meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable system solutions.

• Lead moderately complex projects and system initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Assess, recommend, and implement digital capabilities to boost efficiency, productivity, and teammate experience.

• Configure and sustain Workday business processes, eligibility rules, notifications, reporting, and system functionality.

• Create advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights into the workforce.

• Support integrations, EIBs, and data management tasks while considering impacts on downstream systems.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and increased technology adoption.

• Engage in release management, testing, implementation, and change management activities.

• Ensure that solutions comply with governance, security, compliance, and architectural standards.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and workforce solutions for enterprise scalability and innovation.

• Support data accuracy, integrity, and workforce reporting through audits, validations, and quality assurance measures.

• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders regarding system functionality and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience with Workday, HRIS, or related systems.

• Experience with configuring Workday modules, including Business Process Framework, Security, Eligibility Rules, and Notifications.

• Advanced experience in Workday reporting, including calculated fields, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

• Familiarity with integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and data auditing processes.

• Understanding of release management, testing methodologies, change control, and governance practices.

• Strong grasp of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, job changes, compensation, leave management, and separations.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading initiatives across various functional teams.

• Workday Pro Certification or progress towards certification is preferred.

• Experience in evaluating and implementing digital capabilities, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions is preferred.

• Experience with workforce analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.

• Workday Security experience is preferred.

• Experience supporting Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or other Workday functional areas is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks is preferred.

• Experience in supporting large, complex HRIS or enterprise technology environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of emerging HR technologies and workforce transformation initiatives is preferred.
