Senior Analyst – CuraScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate pricing and membership agreements for suppliers and customers.

• Evaluate wholesale, supplier, and customer contracts to ensure accurate pricing and eligibility input.

• Assess supplier bid awards and contract frameworks to establish system hierarchy and customer access.

• Confirm that pricing and membership configurations conform to contract stipulations, vendor requirements, and internal benchmarks.

• Manage a designated portfolio of suppliers and customers, track updates, and address discrepancies.

• Collaborate with various teams on strategic, intercompany, and everyday pricing and membership requirements.

• Analyze agreement language and offer expert insights for business decisions.

• Assist in the implementation of both new and revised pricing and membership agreements.

• Examine pricing and membership data to spot trends, gaps, and potential issues.

• Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to pricing, membership, and claims.

• Support reporting efforts, complete necessary follow-ups, and work with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting.

• Aid in the allocation of incoming tasks and facilitate team workflow.

• Educate and assist new team members while sharing best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements to contribute to efficiency, accuracy, and service initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution setting.

• Familiarity with contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, or related agreement management.

• Experience in reviewing and interpreting intricate contracts, pricing conditions, or business agreements.

• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Vistex, Oracle, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data entry abilities.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including proficiency with Excel formulas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-paced environment.

• An associate degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience with SharePoint is preferred.

• Background in supporting supplier and customer pricing initiatives in a complex business landscape is preferred.

• Experience in training others, reviewing team performance, or serving as a subject matter expert is preferred.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.

• Availability to work from 10am to 7pm EST.
